Driving license - extension passenger transport license

You will need the following documents

your identity card/passport
your driver's license and, if applicable, your passenger driver's license
the certificate or report from an ophthalmologist
a medical certificate of physical and mental aptitude (not older than one year) in accordance with Annex 5 of the Driving License Ordinance (FeV)
a certificate of good conduct type 0 (to be applied for at the Citizens' Services, room B 015)
for applicants over the age of 60, a certificate of physical and mental aptitude from a doctor with a specialization in occupational medicine or an additional specialization in occupational medicine or an assessment body for driving aptitude is also required
