In our three outdoor pools, the WasserPark, the Allersee, the three indoor pools and northern Germany's largest leisure and adventure pool BadeLand, Wolfsburg offers bathing fun for every taste all year round.

The outdoor pool season starts in the Fallersleben outdoor pool on 01.05.2024 and in the VW pool on 15.05.2024.

Local recreation in the middle of the city
The Allersee was created in 1969 in the course of the Aller relocation and was deepened again in 1987. The Allersee stretches between the Mittellandkanal and the Aller. It is 1230 m long, 270 m wide and has a water volume of about 1 million m³. The surface of the lake covers 29 hectares.
The Allersee is mainly a bathing lake with attractive sandy beaches. But also water sportsmen - canoeists, rowers and sailors use the lake for their sports and have built their club houses at the lake.Indoor swimming pools
At BadeLand Wolfsburg, the largest leisure and adventure pool in northern Germany, guests young and old experience the fascination of "water". Here, the bath offers recreation, relaxation, sports and fun on a total water area of over 3,000 m².

Note: Public swimming no longer takes place during the summer season.
The indoor swimming pool has a pool of 16.6 x 8 m and a lifting floor. The water temperature is 29 degrees.

Physiotherapy and physical therapy, massages, manual lymphatic drainage as well as functional training in the exercise pool (31 degrees warm), plus various water gymnastics courses and much more in the modernized sulfur bath in Fallersleben.
