General sports promotion
The Sports Division of the City of Wolfsburg supports sports clubs with financial assistance on the basis of the current municipal sports funding guidelines.
Grants are awarded if the requirements are met for, among other things
- the maintenance of club-owned facilities
- the operation of training facilities
- children and young people
- travel and training course costs
We will be happy to clarify with you whether your club is entitled to funding in accordance with the municipal sports funding guidelines.
Investment grants
In addition, the Sports division supports the construction and renovation of clubs' own sports facilities, as well as the procurement of sports equipment and sports field maintenance equipment.
Sport in all day
We advise sports clubs on the implementation of collaborations with Wolfsburg's all-day schools and also support them financially on the basis of the current framework guidelines.
