What is our climate like?

The weather stations project uses modern sensor technology to continuously record important weather data. The aim is to detect weather influences and changes at an early stage and to present the development of local environmental conditions in Wolfsburg in a transparent and comprehensible manner.

As part of the Wolfsburg Smart City project, several weather stations have been installed to provide precise data on temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind and other weather parameters around the clock.

The project is part of the city's "Resilient Wolfsburg" initiative, which uses digital technologies to show how the local climate is developing and how the city can react to environmental changes.
