  • Band coaching

Band coaching is for musicians who are still at the beginning of their musical career and need tips from time to time to move their bands forward.

Some bands known beyond the borders of Wolfsburg are coached by us.

Our band coaching services are as follows:

Each band gets a "coach" from us on request, who supports them in musical and organizational questions. This ranges from rehearsal visits to support at gigs or tips on music law issues, such as Gema etc..

Our coached bands can use our two fully equipped rehearsal rooms once a week. Additionally, unused hours can be used for rehearsals. For this purpose, you can sign up on a list.

If a rehearsal date has to be cancelled for operational or school reasons, we will look for an alternative date.

Fixed rehearsal times will be set by arrangement at band room meetings.

For bands entering current operations, there will be dates based on availability.

If you are interested in band coaching, pick up a registration form from the office in the music school. You will also be given the rehearsal room key there.

  • Abysmal Paradise

    The band Abysmal paradise

...is a band that is somewhere between melodic rock and metal and regularly makes their audiences sweat, party and go crazy at their concerts. It's not unusual for fans of the five guys from the Wolfsburg area to have the band's catchy tunes stuck in their heads for days after the show. The name says it all: In the spirit of an abysmal paradise, the guys' lyrics always pick up the listener right where they are: in the middle of life - and remind them in the context of a rousing show that everything beautiful and desirable often also has a dark side that is not apparent at first. Some of Abysmal Paradise's songs are dominated by hard guitar riffs, others by clear, melodic vocals. The message: No matter what happens, be yourself and enjoy your life.

    Crowd Above Nine

    T. Kubiczek

The well-known Wolfsburg newcomer band Crowd Above Nine has been causing a stir at numerous concerts and festivals since its formation in 2014. For example, the young musicians were on the big stage at Rock im Allerpark 2016 in front of thousands of people as the support band for Madsen.
The clash of the powerful soul voice of frontwoman Finja Augsburg and the rocking sounds of the instrumentalists distinguishes the band. Marc Heuer, guitar, Robin Wetzler, bass and Markus Figge, drums, cover and interpret well-known rock pop songs, and released their first original song "Wish You Were Here" with a professionally produced music video on their YouTube channel in 2016.
Crowd Above Nine are current winners of this year's Local Heroes competition.
