Wolfsburg Art Association e.V.
Special features of the facility:
Oldest art institution in the city, awarded the Prize of the German Art Associations in 2007

The Kunstverein Wolfsburg was founded in 1959. It is the city's oldest art institution and at the same time its most avant-garde. Its ambitious program, which has achieved national and international renown, promotes artists of the younger generation whose works provide relevant answers to questions of the day. Each year, a coherent annual program is developed, with exhibitions and projects complemented by lectures, discussions, film evenings and concerts.

The institution sees itself as a platform for current themes in art with the aim of also appealing to young people interested in art.
