Barbara and Joachim Hoeft are guest artists of the BAzwo studio community and are showing an exhibition in the rooms of the gallery at Burg Neuhaus.
In their ninth joint exhibition, the couple will be showing artistic works that have been created in recent years, but also immediately before this presentation.
Barbara Hoeft's geometrically structured stone sculptures with their sensual surfaces convey a sense of calm and order. This also applies to her paintings, which are often inspired by nature and in which clear forms such as lines and surfaces play a very direct role.

Joachim Hoeft's photographs show vaults and domes of sacred buildings as well as succulents, which impress with their technical precision and grandiose colors. The symmetry used unfolds stability and balance, sensuality and poetry.

What unites the works of Barbara and Joachim Hoeft is the harmony, a feeling of developed and balanced simplicity, which is by no means perceived by viewers as boring, but as pleasant and aesthetically beautiful.
