Culture, leisure and sports

Workshop paint balls
Lars Landmann

Arts education is an indispensable part of lifelong learning. It is fun, creates unusual experiences and opportunities for exploratory learning and creative discovery.

Creating with all their senses and curious, children and young people in Wolfsburg take advantage of the many opportunities that lie in active engagement with, for example, music, history, sports and games, dance, theater, visual arts, photography and film.

We learn in museums, at the theater, during leisure activities or sports, as well as at school or in the new media. Cultural education is a lifelong process that does not take place solely as learning in educational institutions, but can take place anywhere. It opens up new ways of understanding the world, promotes creativity, innovative thinking, and the linking of imagination, experience, and knowledge.
