Resident parking permit

You are entitled to a resident parking permit if you move into an apartment that is located within a designated parking zone. It allows you to park free of charge in the designated parking zones. Currently, there are zones A-H in the city center area and one parking zone each in Fallersleben and Vorsfelde.

Resident parking permits for the Fallersleben and Vorsfelde areas are only issued at the administrative offices there.

You are registered in a Wolfsburg resident parking permit zone either with main residence or sole residence (also secondary residence).

The following documents are required for the issuance/modification of a resident parking permit:

• the identity card/passport
• the registration certificate Part I or the vehicle registration document
• the old resident parking permit (for extensions and changes)
• a written power of attorney if you are unable to appear in person
  • the identity card/passport of the authorized person

• Statutes on the levying of resident parking fees in the city of Wolfsburg (Resident Parking Fee Statutes)
