Registration certificate

A simple registration certificate contains the following data:

• Family name
• Previous names
• Possible name components
• First names
• Doctoral degree
• Order name, artist name
• Date and place of birth, and in case of birth abroad, also the state
• Current addresses, marked according to main and secondary residence

An extended registration certificate contains, in addition to the data mentioned in the simple registration certificate, the following data:

• Marital status
• Current citizenship
• Date of moving in/date of moving out
• Previous addresses
• Legal representatives, spouse, life partner and minor children, each with surname and first names, degree of doctorate, date of birth, address

- Identity card/passport

7,50 Euro - Simple certificate of registration

9,00 Euro - Extended registration certificate

For pension purposes free of charge (with proof)

The certificate of registration is issued immediately.
