If your name has changed, for example due to marriage, you must notify the vehicle registration authority of this change by submitting the registration certificate Part I and registration certificate Part II.
Likewise, authorization is required if the company name has changed. Please remember that the name change must first be reported to the Ordnungsamt-Gewerbestelle.
The tax authority (main customs office) is automatically informed about the name change.

If the legal form of a company name also changes, a transfer with a change of holder must be carried out. For this purpose, please book an appointment using the service

- Power of attorney and declaration of the person to whom the registration is to be made (confirmed by signature of all shareholders) as well as the identity card/passport of the shareholder to whom the registration is to be made
- Consent of the legal guardian(s) (as a rule, both parents) and designation of a representative for service of documents
