In the last six months before school enrollment, the school entrance examination takes place for all school-age children at the health office. You will receive a written invitation in good time (approximately two to three weeks before the examination date).
The school entrance examination checks whether your child has developed appropriately for his or her age and is ready for the demands of school.
If it is not possible for you to attend the appointment, please contact us immediately and arrange an alternative appointment.
- belong to the age cohort for enrollment in primary school, i.e. six years old by 30.09. of the coming school year
- Enrollment in a local elementary school
Please bring the following documents, if available:
- Preventive care booklet
- Vaccination card
- Specialist findings (for example ZEUS, ophthalmologist)
free of charge
An examination is also possible for children who have moved from abroad after making an appointment by telephone.
