Transmission block of the reporting data

  • General information

    Citizens can prevent the transfer of their data from the civil register to certain institutions or in certain cases.

    The following rights of objection are possible:


    • To political parties and voter groups in connection with elections
    • To the press, radio and political parties concerning anniversaries of age and marriage
    • To directory publishers
    • To public religious societies of direct family members
    • Compulsory military service: Federal Office of Personnel Management of the German Armed Forces

  • Requirements

    The main, secondary or sole residence must be located in Wolfsburg.

  • Required documents

    The transmission block can also be requested by e-mail.

    When sending by e-mail:
    • Send the signed application and a copy of the ID card by e-mail to Bürgerdienste (please ensure good quality).
    When sending by mail:
    • Fill out the application and enclose a copy of the ID card.
    If appearing in person:
    • Identity card, passport, identity document
