Prerequisites:

• You will start an activity with food contact within the next 3 months
• There are no activity bans according to section 42 IfSG

Procedure and costs:

• Registration via a BundID account (basic registration with user name and password is sufficient)
• Cost: 26 euros, payable by PayPal or credit card
• The certificate is immediately provided digitally (with QR code, also valid without signature)
• If you are exempt from costs, the relevant document will first be checked. After successful verification, you will receive the digital certificate in the following days via your BundID account. You will be informed by e-mail.

Exemption from payment:

Please select the group that applies to you at the bottom of the first page "1.1 Details of the person to be informed" under "Do you belong to one of the following groups?".

Students please upload the declaration of consent from your legal guardian. You can find the relevant form here at the bottom of this website.

If you are exempt from payment as a volunteer, please upload a copy/photo of your volunteer card or alternatively a proof of volunteer status. This may also apply to those working in civil protection and disaster control.

If the costs are covered by your employer/carrier, please select "None of these groups" and have the costs reimbursed by them afterwards (you can print out a receipt after completing the instruction).
