The Music School of the City of Wolfsburg is offering a new course in music production. In this course you will learn how to create playbacks and how to record yourself or others making music. At the beginning, the focus is on basics such as correct miking, using DAWs and the first steps in mixing. The course is primarily aimed at people who already have a musical background and play an instrument.
Course content:

• Recording multitrack recordings
• Mixing your own recordings
• Production of playbacks with beats & software instruments

The music school's recording studio, which consists of a professionally equipped control room and a recording room, is available for the lessons. The recording room contains a grand piano, a drum kit and a variety of amplifiers. Both rooms are connected by a screen, as you would expect from professional studios, so that you can work under professional conditions during lessons.
