When author and illustrator Alexander Steffensmeier arrives, his cow Lieselotte is not far away. Steffensmeier is particularly well known for his popular series of picture books about the adventurous post cow. In Lieselotte im Regen (Lieselotte in the Rain), he not only vividly recounts Lieselotte's latest adventure, but also brings it to life right before the audience's eyes with his pencil.

Steffensmeier will be reading, drawing and signing books on Thursday, June 19, at 4 p.m. in the Library Lab room of the city library in the Alvar-Aalto-Kulturhaus, Porschestraße 51, in Wolfsburg. A great opportunity to experience Lieselotte's world at first hand and perhaps even secure a personal drawing.
