Do you also want to hold a public event in Wolfsburg? Then register it with the City of Wolfsburg. In order to minimize the effort for the organizer and to make the procedure clear, the approval is done "from one source". For this purpose, the City of Wolfsburg has set up a coordination office that serves as a central point of contact for the organizer.
First step: Adhering to deadlines
In principle, a notification deadline of six weeks before the start of the event applies to every event.- more than 5,000 expected visitors/participants
- for events where the number of expected visitors exceeds one third of the population of the city of Wolfsburg or
- where there is an increased risk potential for public safety and order.
Second step: Fill in the application form
In order to simplify the procedures, the responsible event organizer registers the holding of his event using the form listed above.
Third step: Submit application documents
The completed and signed form can be submitted to the Ordnungsamt by e-mail, fax or post:
