We want to offer you more flexibility with the waiting mark system. Because we know that: Sometimes things come up suddenly and you need support quickly - without a long lead time.

"The main advantage of processing citizens' concerns via online appointments is that we can process more citizens' concerns overall thanks to good preparation. Nevertheless, many citizens would also like to be able to have their concerns dealt with at short notice and on a daily basis. We are responding to this wish with our decision to offer the additional number-drawing service," says a satisfied City Councillor Andreas Bauer. "We want to make a further contribution to a citizen-friendly municipality and further improve the service for our customers."

Patience is required - online appointment remains available

The number of waiting tokens is limited - so that nobody has to wait too long. Nevertheless, there may be waiting times. Our tip: If it can be planned, continue to use our online appointment service. This will of course remain available.

Morning contingent

• Issue from 07:30 at the waiting terminal
• Processing generally until 12:00 noon

Afternoon quota (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)

• Issue from 12:30 p.m.
• Processing until closing time

Please note:

• Processing is only possible with a valid waiting token.
• The number of stamps per time slot is limited.
• Online appointments that have already been booked have priority.

Important note if the quota is sold out:

• If all waiting stamps for a time slot have been allocated, processing is unfortunately no longer possible in this time slot.
• Please try the next issue date or use the online appointment system.

Our tip: Continue to preferably use the online appointment system - this is the safest way to have your request processed predictably and without waiting time.
