Field and hall attendants
The five larger facilities listed below are examples of a large number of other sports facilities that are under municipal management and are generally available to Wolfsburg's sports clubs for training and games.
Some of Wolfsburg's outdoor sports facilities are leased to sports clubs, which ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities.
They ensure that users have good training and competition facilities on and in the city's sports facilities. In addition to the care and maintenance of the facilities, this also includes preparing the playing fields for games and events.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the games in unfavorable weather conditions, the groundsman decides on the playability of individual pitches in consultation with the pitch committee.
The work of the grounds and hall attendants is coordinated by Mrs. Stefanie Brockmann and Mr. Jan Hofmann.
