To mark the 15th anniversary of friendship between Wolfsburg and the Chinese city of Dalian, Lord Mayor Dennis Weilmann welcomed a high-ranking delegation from the friendship city to the town hall.

The five-strong delegation, led by Professor Qiu Baolin, Deputy Mayor and member of the Standing Committee of the city's Party Committee, visited Wolfsburg for a personal exchange and to deepen the long-standing relationship.

In addition to signing the guest book, the program included an official reception in the council chamber and talks with representatives of the city of Wolfsburg. The visit also marks the start of further encounters in the anniversary year. A return visit to Dalian is planned for September.
