A thousand times the meaning of life - answers to life's big questions live in Wolfsburg
What gives life meaning? Author and former bank analyst Christof Jauernig asked over 1,000 people in 66 cities this question - and collected the most impressive answers in his new book Eintausendmal Lebenssinn. On October 28, he will present the results of his journey in a special live format at the Volkshochschule (VHS) in the Bildungshaus Wolfsburg. The event is part of the Wolfsburg Mental Health Days.
The event invites people to pause and reflect on their own search for meaning. Jauernig interweaves personal experiences with the voices of many people to create a touching overall picture from a total of around 59,000 years of life experience. As with his successful previous program, Eintausendmal Lebensglück, he combines narrative and poetic texts, visual projections and his own piano improvisations. The evening will conclude with an open Q&A session in which the audience can talk to the author. As part of the Wolfsburg Mental Health Days and in cooperation with the Social Psychiatric Service and the Wolfsburg Social Psychiatric Association and with the support of Sparkasse Celle-Gifhorn-Wolfsburg, visitors can expect an atmospheric, meditative evening full of inspiration and new perspectives. The event will take place on October 28, 7 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., at the VHS. The Adult Education Center team will accept registrations by telephone at 05361283900.
