Public use of the archive in the Institute for Contemporary History and City Presentation (IZS) of the City of Wolfsburg is currently restricted. This is due to a technical failure of the elevator in the Goetheschule, which currently makes it impossible to retrieve and store archive materials.

The photo archive and the institute library can still be used during regular opening hours. Due to the elevator malfunction, the IZS is not barrier-free accessible until further notice. The City of Wolfsburg is working on a repair as quickly as possible in order to restore regular operations as soon as possible.
