As part of the construction work for the volunteer fire department in the district of Kästorf, an access road also needs to be built. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026. Among other things, the necessary tender documents are currently being prepared. The corresponding construction site must be prepared in advance. This also requires work that must be completed by the start of the breeding and setting season from March 1 at the latest. This includes, for example, the removal of bushes and shrubs. The city will begin the necessary work as soon as the weather permits.
