Vorsfelde: The civil engineering and pipe work at the mobility station in Vorsfelde is largely complete. Since the beginning of this week, the installation of a bicycle repair station, signage and foundation work for an information pillar have followed. Marking work on the parking spaces will follow later. These will have to be closed for a short period of time. The marking work can only take place when the ground is dry and frost-free. A cable distribution cabinet, the information pillar, the WLAN infrastructure and finally the charging station will then be installed. The exact timescales depend on the weather in the coming weeks.

Westhagen: From January 21, work will begin in parallel in Westhagen on the eastern section of the Dresdner Ring south of the "Jenaer Straße Ost" stop. Cars and buses will be able to pass through the construction site. The footpath and cycle path can also continue to be used. There are only minor restrictions on the width of the roadway and the footpath/cycle path. For the work on the west side of the Dresdener Ring, a temporary replacement stop will be set up for public transport a few meters north of the "Jenaer Straße West" stop. Pedestrian and cycle traffic will be routed past the construction site via the eastern side of the Dresdner Ring. Here too, the specific work steps will depend on the weather in the coming weeks.
