Technical work in the town hall B
From March 2 to 6, there will be restrictions for some citizen services
From Monday, 2 March to Friday, 6 March, we will be modernizing the lines in Town Hall B. As a result, there may be temporary restrictions at Citizens' Services, the Driving Licence Office and the Public Order Office. All services are expected to be available again as usual from March 9.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background and that you can continue to rely on our services in the future, we are renewing important technical connections in the building. This work is necessary to make our processes reliable and future-proof.
What is not possible this week
Please note the following points:
- ID card terminals are out of service.
Photos for ID cards, passports or driving licenses cannot be taken at the town hall during this time.
- Business registrations only online.
Business registrations, de-registrations and re-registrations are only possible digitally. - No certificates of eligibility.
These cannot be issued in the week from March 2 to 6.
Appointments that have already been made will take place as planned.
