VHS course: Relaxation and mindfulness at Drübeck Monastery

On the weekend of May 22-24, participants can take a soothing break from everyday life and immerse themselves in the calming atmosphere of Drübeck Monastery. The three-day course teaches effective body, breathing and relaxation techniques that bring more flexibility, strength and serenity to everyday life. Meditation, mindfulness and awareness exercises help you find inner peace and become more aware of yourself. The daily conclusion is Yoga Nidra - a deep relaxation technique that regenerates body and mind in the long term.

The weekend course starts on Friday, May 22, from 19:00 and ends on Sunday, May 24, at 12:00. The venue is Drübeck Monastery in Ilsenburg. The number of participants is limited.
