The European Reference Framework for Digital Competences - DigComp - is a tool for assessing and improving digital competences. DigComp is used as a reference for many digital competence initiatives at the European level. Analogous to the reference framework for languages, there is thus a grid that can serve as a basis for understanding the corresponding knowledge and skills.
We offer a self-assessment test for all citizens of the city of Wolfsburg to determine their own digital skills. A short evaluation is available free of charge.

How can a municipality implement the promotion of these competencies in a broadly strategic way? Answers to these questions are provided in this vhscast, which was produced in cooperation between the state association of VHS NDS and the coordination office for strategic education management in the city of Wolfsburg.
