The lower building supervision

If you have any questions about a building project or the buildability of a plot of land.

We will be happy to advise you and, as the lower building supervisory authority, are the responsible body for the necessary building permits. Possible problems can often be resolved in advance. This can save you a lot of time and unnecessary costs.

In addition to the application acceptance team, the West and East teams provide building advice in the respective districts. Team East is the point of contact for special buildings and Team D is responsible for monument preservation. The Administration team is, among other things, the point of contact for information on land charges and land charge registrations.

We will be happy to inform you on our website about building application procedures, building notifications and projects that do not require a procedure. However, if you have any questions about a specific building project, we will be happy to advise you in person at the Bau-Bürger-Büro.
