Dr. Alexander Kraus from the Institute for Contemporary History and City Presentation (IZS) will be our guest on 08.05.2025. In keeping with the anniversary of the Städtische Galerie Wolfsburg, Körber and Kraus will discuss key aspects of Wolfsburg's cultural policy in a historical and current context, with the current anniversary exhibition builds a bridge between the past and the present. The various historical documents on display from the IZS archive give visitors an insight into the city's early cultural policy decisions. In addition, they address the handling of art in public spaces in Wolfsburg.

The meeting point for the art talk is the Flame of Revolution in the east wing of Wolfsburg Castle at 12 noon. The cost of the event and lunch is €12.00.
