Family caregivers often face the challenge of reconciling caring for a loved one with work and family. To support them, the Wolfsburg senior citizens' and care support center is launching a discussion group, a protected space for exchange, relief and professional advice. Two experienced social pedagogues accompany the group and provide valuable tips on topics such as stress management, self-care and organization in everyday care. The aim is to strengthen relatives, open up new perspectives and promote social networks.

After a short summer break, the next meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 26, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at Schillerstraße 40. Participation is free of charge. Due to limited places, please register by calling (05361) 28-2848 or sending an e-mail to pflegestuetzpunkt@stadt.wolfsburg.de.
