The exhibition Fascination of the Fire Brigade, jointly organized by the fire department and the team from the Hoffmann von Fallersleben Museum, will end with a finissage on Sunday, September 7. At 3 p.m., visitors will go on a final tour with active members of the Fallersleben volunteer fire department. The perspective will be changed, looking first at the present and then at the historical beginnings in the 19th century. In an entertaining quiz, guests can test their knowledge of the emergency number 112 in general and the specifics in Fallersleben. Various hands-on activities focus on fun and games related to the fire department for young and old. Admission to the exhibition and the finissage is free.
