From Monday, September 8, the city will be carrying out necessary renovation work on the glass roof on Hugo-Bork-Platz in Wolfsburg. This will involve replacing ten panes of glass that have been damaged mainly by vandalism. In addition, a test track will be set up in one section for the scheduled refurbishment of the coating on the steel structure in the coming years. The work will continue throughout the week. The construction site and pedestrian routes will be secured by a construction fence. There will be no disruption to local businesses. The costs for this amount to around 120,000 euros.
