On the occasion of the open Sunday on October 12 in the Vorsfelde district (Schweinemarkt 2025), Lange Straße and the street "An der Propstei" will be closed to all vehicle traffic from around 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, as part of the necessary set-up work. As a result, Kattenstraße and southern Meinstraße will also be closed to traffic. The closures will not be lifted until the evening of October 12, probably from around 10 pm.

The stops "Ütschenpaul", "Ernst-August-Straße", "Petruskirche" and "Obere Tor" will not be served all day on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12. The affected WVG lines 201/221, 203/223, 265, as well as the VB-Bachstein line 160 will serve the stops "Roßplatz" and "Peterskamp" in both directions as well as an alternative stop at the fire station. After the "Am Drömlingstadion" stop, the KVG line 380 will take a direct route to the "Allerwiesen" stop. The same detour applies in the return direction.

Visitors to the Sunday shopping event are advised to use the parking spaces at Schützenhaus, Im Eichholz, Achtenbüttelweg, Am Drömlingstadion and An der Meine. Road users are requested to observe the changed traffic regulations.
