Closure/impairment of traffic: Weyhäuser Weg, Sandkämper Straße, Dresdener Ring road ramp

Weyhäuser Weg (district road 28) will be fully closed between the waste disposal center and the transition to the district of Gifhorn on Saturday, November 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. due to a driven hunt. The access road from the direction of Weyhausen will also be closed. Road users should drive around the closed area via the federal highway 188 and the highway 39/Tappenbecker Landstraße.

Due to a fire, Sandkämper Straße in the old town of Fallersleben must remain fully closed until further notice. The sidewalk on the west side of the road can still be used. The connecting path in "Bratjengasse" on the north side also remains accessible. Due to the cramped conditions, the road can only be opened once the stability of the building has been finally determined and a clear perspective of the building has been established. This process will take several weeks. To ensure that almost all properties in Sandkämper Straße can be reached, the one-way traffic regulation has been lifted for the duration of the full closure.

The Dresdener Ring road ramp in the direction of the bridge to Sudetenstraße must be repaired at short notice due to the damage. The work is planned from Monday, November 24 to Wednesday, November 26. The aim is to keep the ramp permanently fit for traffic. Despite the work in both directions, the Dresdener Ring will remain open to motor vehicles and buses by means of a half-sided traffic barrier. All entrances and exits on Frankfurter Straße will remain open during the entire construction period. At the same time, a 20-metre-long connecting path will be repaired in the area of the exit to Frankfurter Straße from Sudetenstraße. A signposted detour route will be set up for pedestrian and cycle traffic due to this work.
