Christmas baking at the adult education center

Fragrant Christmas spices, crispy treats and traditional baking skills. In this course, which is led by an experienced master baker, participants immerse themselves in the wonderful world of festive Christmas baking. Together they will create classic Christmas stollen, aromatic quark stollen, spicy gingerbread and melt-in-the-mouth confectionery. Under expert guidance, participants will learn step by step which ingredients make for perfect doughs and which tricks are important for particularly moist results.
