The NaturErkundungsSTation (NEST) invites you to a public exhibition and plant exchange on Friday, December 5, to mark International Soil Day. The event will take place from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm at NEST, Im Holze 40, 38444 Wolfsburg. Interested members of the public can playfully engage with the topic of soil on site and also swap plants or take new ones with them.

The day of action draws attention to the central importance of healthy soil for the environment, climate and food security. Visitors will gain an insight into the different layers of soil and their functions. With this campaign, the city of Wolfsburg is supporting the global sustainability goals of the United Nations, in particular the responsible use of natural resources (SDG 15).
