Eight stations over around 1.7 kilometers: this is the new fitness trail at Klieversberg. The sports trail runs along existing forest paths and can be used by everyone. Whether you want to train your strength, endurance or physical coordination, the sports equipment made of robinia wood has something for everyone - with the best views of the city, the plant and the Allerurstrom valley.
The initiative for the fitness trail came from the local council and will be maintained by Stadtforst in future. The sports equipment costs around 17,000 euros. The fitness trail at this location on the Klieversberg is not new, but is experiencing a revival of sorts - it was already possible to do public sport at this location in the past. The fitness trail begins when you walk past the telecommunications tower on Sauerbruchstraße and then turn left into the forest.
