We currently run nine daycare centers as well as two child and family centers and care for more than 1,000 children between the ages of 0 and 6 years with approximately 300 pedagogical specialists. The basis of our work is the Early Excellence concept, according to which all facilities are aligned. In addition, each facility has its own house focus, which provides impulses for the daily pedagogical work in the open concept. In accordance with our vision "Here I am a child, here I want to be", the individual development of each child is the focus of our actions. We support the children in shaping their own path.

YOUR ACTIVITIES

  • You educate, care for and raise daycare and / or kindergarten children by following the pedagogical principles of the Early Excellence concept.
  • You stimulate the children's learning and development processes in free play and in individual activities, recording the children's developmental progress using our specially developed documentation booklet "Growing and Maturing".
  • You practice participation by actively involving the children in shaping the day-to-day life of the daycare center, offering families a variety of opportunities to participate, and bringing your own interests and skills into the work.
  • You see parents as the first experts for their children and hold regular parent meetings at eye level.
  • As an educator, you take over the guidance of professionals in training and support them in an advisory capacity.

YOU BRING

  • Degree as a state-recognized educator, social worker, social pedagogue, curative education nurse, curative pedagogue, childhood pedagogue, elementary pedagogue or in the study program Education and Upbringing in Childhood (HAWK) or qualification to teach at elementary schools.
  • Enthusiasm

  • Willingness and ability to work at least within our core hours (08:00-16:00)
