We currently run nine daycare centers as well as two child and family centers and care for more than 1,000 children aged 0 to 6 years with approximately 300 pedagogical staff. The basis of our work is the Early Excellence concept, according to which all facilities are aligned. In addition, each facility has its own house focus, which provides impulses for the daily pedagogical work in the open concept. In accordance with our vision "Here I am a child, here I want to be", the individual development of each child is the focus of our actions. Your activities:

• They educate, raise and care for children in the open kindergarten area.
• They stimulate and guide the remedial education of integration children, taking into account the individual characteristics of the children.
• You plan, organize and accompany the child-oriented daily routine, which is based on the pedagogical principles of the Early Excellence concept.
• They create support plans and reports, document the development of the children as well as the progress of the support measures.
• They maintain intensive cooperation within the multi-professional team and work together with internal and external network partners.
• Together with another special education specialist, you will be responsible for the individual support of all children and serve as a contact person for the staff in dealing with challenging situations.
• You communicate and work closely with families and advise them.
• You will implement the concept for integrative work in the municipal daycare centers in the daycare center and continuously develop it further.

You bring with you:

• You are a state-approved curative teacher or state-approved curative education nurse or educator with additional curative education training recognized in Lower Saxony.
• You have professional experience as a curative education specialist in an integrative crèche and/or kindergarten group.
• You live a basic pedagogical attitude that values diversity and takes equal opportunities into account, also in terms of gender sensitivity and inclusion.
• They are able to carry out individual development monitoring and documentation.
• They demonstrate a willingness and ability to work in partnership with the team, parents, and related daycare institutions.
• An appreciative approach to diversity is a matter of course for you, as is a resource-oriented view of the potential of children, families and staff.
• You can provide proof of measles immunity.
