  • Representative constituencies

Representative election statistics serve the information needs in many areas of our society. It provides information on the voting behavior of different population groups, namely on voter turnout and voting by age, gender and federal state.

For the representative election statistics, ballot box and absentee voting districts are selected by a mathematical random sample. Thus, this time, three polling stations in Wolfsburg are also designated for the representative election statistics. These are the Velstove, Hohenstein and Fallersleben polling stations. It goes without saying that the secrecy of the ballot will also be maintained in the representative election statistics.

Further information on representative election statistics can be found here in the flyer of the Federal Election Commissioner.
