Citizen Services

Driver's license, identity card and registration of your new car are certainly the classics of the reasons why you have already sought the way to the city hall. Perhaps you are one of the lucky ones who have decided to tie the knot. Or is there a dispute with your neighbor because he mows his lawn on Sunday morning?     Monday and Tuesday: 08:30 - 16:30
    Wednesday and Friday: 08:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

    Anyone planning to visit Bürgerdienste in the registration and vehicle registration office must make an appointment via the online appointment system or via the Service Center (public authority call number 115).

    The Service Center of the City of Wolfsburg offers you telephone information about the city administration and the services offered. Many of your questions and concerns can be answered and resolved quickly here. If necessary for your request, the Service Center will send out forms or arrange appointments with the responsible department.
