Citizen Services

Driving license, identity card and registering your new car are certainly the classic reasons why you have already made your way to the town hall.

Perhaps you are one of the lucky ones who have decided to tie the knot. Or are you in a dispute with your neighbor because he mows his lawn on Sunday mornings? For all matters relating to these and many other topics, Citizens' Services is your central point of contact at the town hall.

Important information on the services offered by Citizens' Services

In the week

from March 02 to March 06, 2026

necessary wiring work will take place in the town hall to improve our technical infrastructure.

During this time, there may be temporary restrictions at Citizens' Services, the Driving License Office and the Public Order Office.

Please note in particular:

  • The ID card terminals will not be available to take photos for ID cards, passports or driving licenses during this period.
  • Business registrations, de-registrations and re-registrations can only be made digitally during this week
  • Certificates of eligibility cannot be issued
  • Appointments that have already been made will of course be kept.

We are working to keep the restrictions as low as possible and ask for your understanding.
